TRIPLE CROWN PICK'EM CHALLENGE - RULES

PROMOTION PERIOD
TRIPLE CROWN PICK'EM CHALLENGE will run from April 25, 2008 to June 7, 2008.

OBJECTIVE
The objective of the Promotion is to accumulate the most points by correctly selecting the first place, second place, and third place horses in the exact order for the following three (3) Triple Crown races: the Kentucky Derby (on Saturday, May 3, 2008), the Preakness (on Saturday, May 17, 2008), and the Belmont Stakes (on Saturday, June 7, 2008).

MAKE YOUR SELECTIONS
Click on the "Horse Racing" button on the top navigation bar. This will load the horse racing ballot. There will be a new ballot for each of the three (3) Triple Crown races. The ballot for each race will become active after the field of horses has been set.

Kentucky Derby field will be set at approximately 6PM ET on April 30, 2008.
Preakness field will be set at approximately 6PM ET on May 14, 2008.
Belmont Stakes field will be set at approximately 6PM ET on June 4, 2008.

Once the ballot has become active, you will then be able to select a first, second, and third place finisher for the race. Each horse will be listed with its jockey and assigned post position. After you select the horses, you will then answer two tiebreaker questions. After answering the tiebreaker questions, you will click the "Submit Ballot" button. A submit page will load. You must wait for the timer to countdown to zero on the submit page before your ballot will be officially submitted. Once the ballot has submitted, you will be sent a confirmation email. After each of the three (3) Triple Crown races have ended and the official race results are posted, your ballot will be scored and you will be sent a results email.

You may not change your selections after your Horse Racing ballot has been submitted. You will not be able to change your selections if a selected horse(s) is scratched from the race.

SCORING
For each of the three (3) Triple Crown races, points will be awarded based on how accurately you select the finishing place of each of the top three (3) horses in the race. Maximum points are awarded for horses correctly selected in the correct place in which they finish the race. Points awarded will get incrementally smaller, based upon how close your selected place is to the actual place of the horse. For each correct selection, you will be awarded 50 points. If you select a horse who finishes one (1) place away from the actual result, you will be awarded 40 points. If you select a horse who finishes two (2) places away from the actual result, you will be awarded 30 points. If you select a horse who finishes three (3) places away from the actual result, you will be awarded 20 points. If you select a horse who finishes four (4) places away from the actual result, you will be awarded 10 points. If you select a horse who finishes five (5) or more places away from the actual result, you will be awarded zero points for that selection.

Scoring Example: A player selects "Horse X" to finish in 1st place. The actual result was "Horse X" finished in 4th place, so player's selection for "Horse X" was 3 places off, and player is awarded 20 points. Player selects "Horse XX" to finish in 2nd place. The actual result was "Horse XX" finished in 1st place, so player's selection for "Horse XX" was 1 place off, and player is awarded 40 points. Player selects "Horse XXX" to finish in 3rd place. The actual result was "Horse XXX" finished in 3rd place, so player's selection for "Horse XXX" was correct, and player is awarded 50 points. Player is awarded a total of 110 points.

Points are awarded in the following manner:
Correct Pick = 50 pts
1 Pick Off = 40 pts
2 Picks Off = 30 pts
3 Picks Off = 20 pts
4 Picks Off = 10 pts
5+ Picks Off = 0 pt

You do not receive points for correct tiebreaker selections.

DEADLINE
You must submit your selections for each of the three (3) Triple Crown races by the deadlines set forth below:

Deadline to enter your picks for the Kentucky Derby is 6PM ET on May 3, 2008.
Deadline to enter your picks for the Preakness is 6PM ET on May 17, 2008.
